This demonstration aims to show you just how simple this app is to use and navigate round. The levels begin quite simple but increase in difficulty each time as you unlock more rooms, which Kingsdorf & Krawec (2016); Caldwell & James (2015) argue is key for students to master the skill of problem solving.
Edwards (2012) and Farreb (2018) highlight the importance of having an awareness of the utilisation as technology to enhance and facilitate learning opportunities. This app has a ‘teacher mode,’ where practitioners have the ability to select a particular Mathematics focus and room for a specific purpose. This would make the the task more focussed on learning aims and provide more opportunities for its use in the classroom.
